My "day to day musing" has now turned into a bi-monthly musing. I will do my best not to let that happen again. The last eight weeks have been consumed by the move from Maine to PA. I want to use this blog to thank our children and their spouses for all the work they put into this transformation of a couple of life long New Englanders to fledgling Pennsylvanians. (I'm not sure we'll ever find the R's - ex: cah vs car.) They packed and unpacked, picked up and put down, disconnected and reconnected, cleaned up our left over clutter and helped make new clutter to be cleaned up, made sense out of reams of paperwork that did not make sense and much of this done as a sacrifice to their own time and responsibilities. Due to them, we can see the light getting brighter at the other end of the tunnel. Due to them, when I come closer to the light I should not feel like I was hit by the train. So THANK YOU Rob and Jen, Scott and Sabrina,Cheryl and Louis for all your loving support. As I think about all you have done for us, I remember Maria singing to the Captain - somewhere in my distant childhood, I must have done something good.
